I always thought the 5th-gen JDM-only Suzuki Alto Works had a cheerful face! :)

The Peugeot 204 is a cheerful little french car as well! :D

The classic JDM-only Mitsubishi Minica Skipper kei car definitely has a cheerful name!

And, of course, because of my love for them, a plucky little 126! :D
